What Is Truth?

The word Truth is sometimes misunderstood and could be associated with religious principles. This information about Truth is not related to any religious beliefs or  anything else of that nature. It can be described as being of a higher wisdom or knowledge. In essence, Truth is the knowing of what is true in a given situation, whereby a person knows what is real and what is not.

Absolute Truth
People often see Truth in an absolute way; however, this is only sometimes true. Often when Truth is related to factual issues there is only one viewpoint. An example of such absolute Truth is that gravity causes an object to fall. From a broader perspective, however, Truth is not always fixed, and when Truth finds Truth there will always be change.

Truth in Perspective
Many situations in life change and will forever continue to change. In relation to life, Truth is what is real in the actual NOW moment. The NOW moment is for most people a variable, as their life’s circumstances vary over a period of time. Therefore, the Truth of a situation will change with different outer circumstances.

Truth in People
In the NOW moment, Truth in relation to a person is not what most people expect it to be. Truth is inherent in everyone. Inside everyone resides innately a uniqueness. This uniqueness is the real nature of a person and is called the Truth about that person.
People are born with this Truth about themselves already established within. Most of the time, however, they are not aware of this. This uniqueness inside is part of a person’s "whole being", which includes all aspects of the Self. It is important for a person to be able to express their uniqueness through their vocation, or other forms of expression, such as the creative arts.
Some people may express this Innate Uniqueness in the form of beautiful paintings. Others may express their unique abilities in different ways, for example, dancing, poetry, or sport and they will often excel.

To Know Truth
For you to find the Truth about yourself, you must be willing to look at all areas of your life that are not in alignment with your own Unique Self. Often these situations are known, however, they may not always be so easy to understand or align with.
There are those aspects of your personality that are not in alignment with your own Innate Uniqueness, which is the Truth about you. To resolve this, you must be willing to look yourself straight in the eye.

Personality Versus the Real You
Truth does not mean that you change yourself by adjusting or changing aspects of yourself based on your (often personality based) wishes. This type of change creates a false persona and you are not in alignment with Who You Really Are, instead you need to meet yourself, by facing yourself and acknowledging Who You Are.
The Truth about you is your own Innate Uniqueness, which when it is explored, may be able to express itself in a unique way through the personality.
